FOUR WOMEN, FOUR VISION

Hope you can join us on Thursday, June 27th for an evening of poetry and art in the beautiful, historic Foy House mansion at 92 Isabella Street! Four women — Clara Blackwood, Brenda Clews, Jennifer Hosein, and Archna Sahni — will read their poetry surrounded by their artwork. The event is from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, and after we’ll go down the street to the Artful Dodger pub.

Please join us for the opening reception of POETS & PAINTERS, a group show of paintings, drawings & collage in support of Foy House. Eight poet/painters – Norman Allan, Clara Blackwood, David Bateman, Philip Cairns, Brenda Clews, Raymond Helkio, Jennifer Hosein, and Daniel Maluka – will present a ten-minute set of poetry from 1 – 5 pm, followed by an open mic. The exhibit runs from April 21 – 30. Foy House is located at 92 Isabella Street in Toronto.

Join us on February 1st at 7 pm for a poetry reading and open mic hosted by David Bateman and featuring poets Norman Allan, Otoniya J. Otok Bitek, Stedmond Pardy, Georgia Wilder, Bänoo Zan and myself. It promises to be a great evening!
